Refund policy
Goddess Greatness would like to thank you for shopping with us. At Goddess Greatness we prioritize customer satisfaction so to insure a splendid shopping experience.
Order Cancellation Policy:
There are No Refunds for Cancellations. If you place an order accidentally and contact us within 1 hour, we will issue you a credit note.
No Refund Policy:
Goddess Greatness has a NO REFUND POLICY. We strongly suggest that customers review item images, descriptions, and size categories carefully before finalizing purchases. In the event of a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the item. Once your return is received you will be issued a credit note.
Exchanges/Returns/Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be exchanged if they are defective or damaged. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to exchange unworn items. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible to be exchanged.
Clearance items:
Clearance items may only be returned for store credit. No exchanges or refunds are permitted. Additionally, we do not refund shipping costs for clearance items.
Swimwear: Swimwear is nonreturnable.
Custom Items: All Custom Items Are Final Sale.
In the event of a return or exchange, the customer would be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
